Trove is a focused, single-user tool. You connect your own email account, give Trove the context for the people you're following up with, and it drafts individual, personalized messages for your approval. Nothing is sent without your review, and everything is paced within the daily limits you set.

Trove detects when someone replies to a thread you sent, so responses surface in one view instead of getting lost in your inbox.

How Trove uses your Google account
Trove connects to your Gmail account through Google's official OAuth flow. We're deliberately narrow about what we access:
- Sends only messages you approve — from your own connected account, on your behalf.
- Reads only enough to detect replies — thread metadata (sender, subject, message ID, date) and a short snippet — not your wider inbox.
- Reads your account email address — to label the connected mailbox.
- Stores access tokens encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never uses your Google data for advertising. We don't sell it.
- You stay in control — disconnect inside Trove any time, or revoke access at your Google account permissions page.
